How about a three-year Tax Abatement. The only property tax expense you would incur during this time is a portion of the lot tax, not the building tax.
Lot tax is estimated at approximately $375 per year paid half in March and half in September.
Utility Estimates:
Because you control your own furnace, air conditioner and water heater your expenses may vary but we anticipate your water, sewer and gas bill to be approximately $90 per month combined for a 1 bedroom and approximately $110 per month for a two-bedroom unit.
Association Dues:
A newly formed homeowners association will establish your final association dues, but we estimate monthly dues to be $70 for 1-bedroom units and $100 for the two-bedroom unit.
